To think critically about:
Why audience analysis is so important in the selection of the direct or indirect organization strategy for a business message.
Introduction:
Analyzing and profiling the audience is a pivotal step in the writing process, it aids to make decisions about shaping the message, it includes: the type of language to use, whether to include special technical words, whether to include detailed background information. Further, it helps to decide whether a formal or informal tone should be implemented. Furthermore, profiling the audience will help to decide whether the receiver is likely to respond positively or negatively to the message, or be neutral about it. Profiling and analyzing the audience will aid in the selection of the direct or indirect organization strategy for a business message too. Moreover, it helps to develop a message so it will be effective for both primary and secondary receivers.
