Introduction:
The environmental influence of the global farm industry is considered to keep increasing due to elevated meat consumption among wealthy consumers in many of the regions. On the other side, the number of new consumers keeps rising. Beef consumption is identified in increasing trends that are directly linked with cattle production and destruction of environments which waves an opportunity to study connections between these processes in a detailed context.
Surveys are conducted on meat consumption and preference among a range of groups belonging to all categories. The results show that meat ordering is at a higher level of preference. Environmentalist started putting stress on reducing meat consumption or to become a vegetarian in order to reduce global warming because cattle produce high amount of greenhouse gas, methane.
