Introduction:

Antibiotic drug therapy is delivered as well as adjusted accordingly using the data obtained from the in-vitro culture of the pathogens. The in vitro-in vivo paradox demonstrates that antibiotic therapy may prove to be a failure when the in-vitro data on efficiency and pharmacology indicate a positive outcome.
