Penis a male external genital organ which is highly involved in sexual intercourse and ejaculation of semen in to female vagina. Penis is sensory organs and it get erected during sexual arousal. Penis is supplied with enriched blood vessels and nerves for its erection pattern. Penile erection is type of sexual response where the penis is erected upright from its flaccid position and ready for intercourse. Penile a muscular organ is innervated by the nerves which stimulates the penile erection by various process.
