Introduction:

Nutrition is the basis of all life activities, and it is done by the process called metabolism. In metabolism, the raw materials are taken up and undergo the digestive process by breaking down the large molecules into small biomolecules. These small biomolecules are further absorbed by the intestinal cells and provide energy to all living things. Fats are the most reserve sources of energy that is stored in adipose tissues present in the muscle as triglycerides. Essential fatty acids are taken from the diet since it cannotbe synthesized in the human body.
