Introduction:
Proteomics is used for the large-scale study of proteins, their structure, and physiological role or functions. The term proteomics first appeared in 1997. We can study a set of proteins encoded by the genome and added a variation of posttranslational modification by proteomics. Thus, the proteins are the basic tools that are building a block of living machines and body. As well as we can say that proteins are quintessential cellular bio-molecule of any living organism. Proteomics technologies are gaining more attention for global detection and quantization of proteins that associated with any disease.
