Question
Chapter 25, Problem 9CP
Summary Introduction
To review:
The processes taking place during ETC (electron transport chain). Also, the reason for calling it chemiosmosis.
Introduction:
The ETC is a sequence of electron carriers, which are integral membrane proteins found in the IMM (inner mitochondrial membrane). This membrane has cristae, which enhances surface area; thereby, making space for numerous copies of ETC in every mitochondrion.
