Selenocysteine is a molecule in which there is selenium in place of sulfur. Additionally it contains one carboxylic acid group and one NH2 group.

Proline is known as an imino acid as it contains cyclic secondary amine. Lysine is an amino acid containing a side chain of 4 CH2 units and one NH2 group.
