Appetite regulating hormone is also known as hunger hormone. Hunger hormone is of two types: leptin and ghrelin. Leptin is a hormone made up of fat cells that help to reduce the appetite and are responsible for weight loss while ghrelin raises the appetite and also involve in gain of body weight. Ghrelin is made up of 28 amino acids produced in stomach.
