Introduction:

Lipids are compounds that are waxy, fatty, and oily in nature. The structure of the molecules that are included in lipids may vary. Molecules like triglycerides, waxes, fatty acids, steroids, and phospholipids have a different structure, but still, these all are grouped as lipids because they are partly or completely hydrophobic.
