Chapter 2.4, Problem 1MI
Summary Introduction
Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) is otherwise known as the conventional transmission electron microscopy. In this technique, a beam of electrons diffuses through the specimen and an image is formed. The thickness of the specimen is generally less than 100 nm. The image which is formed will be magnified and focused onto an imaging device.
