Question
Chapter 2.2, Problem 1MI
Summary Introduction
The phase contrast microscope employs the technique of optical microscopy. This technique converts the phase shifts in light that passes through a transparent sample for the change in the brightness of an image. The phase contrast microscope does so by splitting the two types of light. These lights are deviated and forms an image of the specimen.
