Measles is a contagious disease that spreads through air and is caused by paramyxo virus. It starts with fever and tiny red spots like rashes on skin. The most affected are children who are less than one year old. It can be prevented by measles vaccine known as MMR vaccine. It protects against three disease conditions- measles, mumps, and rubella.
