Introduction:

The respiratory system comprises of the upper respiratory system and the lower respiratory system. The nose, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses and the pharynxmake up the upper respiratory system. The lower respiratory system comprises of the larynx, trachea, bronchi, bronchioles and alveoli.
