Summary Introduction

Introduction:

A 48-year-oldfemale named Ms. Burton looks, overweight, pale, and sweating, reports about clinical complain of abdominal pain. Symptoms being 102 beats/min heart rate, BP is 145/98 mm Hg, and severe and steady pain, with few signs of jaundice with nausea and vomiting, she was also diagnosed with acute pancreatitis secondary to a gallstone. Also pain in epigastric region forwarding with the tip of the right shoulder. In medical history being reported for biliary colic and pain became persistence after having a meal as seven cheese pizza. Also reported to have undergone surgical treatment to remove gallstone and her gallbladder for curing acute pancreatitis. It was seen that after surgery abdominal pain was resolved and her blood count became normal.
