β-amyloid proteinsare large membrane protein which usually take part in a necessary role in neural growth and repair and it is formed by the breakage of larger proteins. These proteins build up to abnormal level and cause to toxic effects. Presenilins is a multi-pass transmemberane proteins which contains catalytic subunits.
