Introduction:

Macrophages are an important part of immune cells. They are formed to fight against the pathogen and bacterial infection and are known as scavengers because they remove dead cells, bacteria, or any pathogen by ingesting them.

Neutrophils are a type of leukocytes or white blood cells. Their function is also to protect the body from bacterial infection. These cells reach the infected site first. But the bacterial capacity of neutrophils is less than the macrophages.
