Factors for impeding adoption of internal corporate social networks:

There are three factors that are responsible for impeding adoption of internal corporate social networks, they are:

• People (Management):
• The employees who work to collaborate and run the business in traditional methods need training and guidelines to use information systems for developing their company.
• Most of the organizations also believe that the social networking sites may distract the employees as they can spend their time chatting with friends and hence fore, does not provide any access to social networking.
• Approximately 22% of the users think that the social networking or information systems can be used to develop their careers and job opportunities.
