To suggest: The evolution of archaea, bacteria, and eukaryotes regarding the studies which showed that archaea, but not bacteria, has a protein that is functionally and structurally similar to TATA-binding protein.
Introduction: TATA-binding protein is a transcription factor that is thought to be necessary for eukaryotic transcription. This factor binds specifically to TATA box (DNA sequence), which is present 30 bp (base pair) upstream of the starting site of transcription. The branch of science that deals with the scientific study of diversity and evolutionary relationships of organisms is known as systematics.
To explain: The way in which knowledge of the similarity regarding TBP affect the classification of archaea, bacteria, and eukaryotes by systematists.
Introduction: Systematics is used to construct a cladogram that is an evolutionary tree that depicts the relationship among different species by studying the similarities or differences.
