Mosses are flowerless, non-vascular seedless plants that reproduce using spores and have gametophyte-dominant life cycle. The spores are dispersed through water for fertilization. The sperms swim through water to reach the egg. Sometimes in search of food, small insects inadvertently transport the sperm from one plant to the egg of another plant.
