Plan International:

Plan international is an independent development and humanitarian organization which is spread over 71 countries across the world. It works to advance the children’s rights and also focuses on gender equality, child protection, economic security, education, child participation, health, emergencies, sexual and reproductive health and rights, and water and sanitation.

System solutions:

The system solution for this problem is the human resource system that helps in searching the people who possess skills, at the time of hiring. They should also contain some additional experience or training possessed by the person in response to the emergency. It helps in managing the donations received by the Plan.
