Introduction:
The PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technique is used to for amplification of DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) and this is useful in making multiple copies of the same template strand. The template strand used is theDNAstrand. The reverse transcriptase PCR makes multiple copies of the DNA through the reverse transcription of the RNA (ribonucleic acid).
