To write the name of hormones synthesized in adrenal gland and its functions with their example.
Concept Introduction:
A hormone belongs to class of signaling the particles or molecules created by glands present in multicelled organisms which get transferred by the circulatory system to organs located to higher distance in order to balance physiological behavior. The adrenal glands arerequired to form cortisol.
The hypothalamus releases corticotrophin-releasing hormone (CRH) which helps in stimulating the pituitary gland to secrete adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH). ACTH then initiates the adrenal glands to produceand release cortisol hormones into the blood.
