Explanation of Solution

In my state, Death with dignity law still is not approved. But with the help of local organizations New York Coalition for Medical Aid in Dying is formed, which is campaigning for a death with dignity law in New York. The proposed law received two hearing this year.

One will support death with dignity law if it is considered. As people who will use this law are probably terminally ill and there is no cure for their diseases. They are suffering for a long time and this illness is affecting their social, financial, and physical life, sometimes for 10, 20, or 40 years. So, they must have the option to end their life with dignity. Implementation of this should not be forced on them. They should use this law only if there is no hope for survival.

Conclusion

Therefore, it can be concluded that life is not easy for people who are suffering from terminal illness, they will never be cured and they are in a lot of pain due to the diseases. For them, death with dignity is the only option to legally take their own life and end the suffering and pain. So, every state should consider this law and approve it.
