Program plan:

• Declare header file.
• Declare namespace.
• Define the method “main ()”,
  • Declare the necessary arrays.
  • Declare the necessary variables.
  • Prompt the user to enter the file name.
  • Get the file name from the user.
  • Construct the input file stream.
  • Open the input file.
  • Check whether there is no file with the give name,
    • If it is true, print the invalid message.
    • Return “1”.
  • Print the string “INPUT”.
  • Get the character.
  • Execute for a character,
    • Print the character.
    • Check whether the character is alphabet,
      • Check whether the character is in uppercase,
        • Advances the uppercase character position.
      • Otherwise, advances the lowercase character position.
  • Print the string “SUMMARY”.
  • Execute loop for all lower and upper case letters,
    • Check whether the value is less than “26”,
      • Assign the value as “A”.
        • • Otherwise,
            • Set the value as “a”-26.
          • Print new line.
  • Close the input file.
  • Return “0”.
