Program plan:

• Declare the header files and namespace.
• Create a class “Progression”,
  • Define the constructor.
  • Declare the protected access modifier.
  • Declare the pure virtual methods.
  • Declare the necessary protected member variables.
• Create a class “SqrootProgression” that extends “Progression”,
  • Declare the public member variables.
  • Define the default constructor,
    • Set the first value to “65536”.
    • Initialize the starting variable.
      • Define the parameterized constructor to initialize with the specified value.
      • Define the method “firstValue()” to reset to the first value.
        • Assign the first value to the previous value.
        • Return the previous value.
      • Define the method “nextValue()” to advances the next value.
        • Assign the square root of the previous value to the temporary variable.
        • Update the previous value with the square root.
        • Return the previous value.
• Define the “main()” method,
  • Create array object for “SqrootProgression”.
  • Print the value returned from the method “firstValue()”.
  • Print the value returned from the method “nextValue()”.
