Whether ΔH=qP that is heat transfer at constant pressure is a state function or not needs to be explained.

Concept Introduction :

The enthalpy change is heat transfer at constant pressure of the system. Thus,

  ΔH=qP

State functions are those functions which only depends on the initial and final state of the system. The path by which the final state is obtained from the initial state has no effect on the state functions. On the other hand, path functions depend on the path by which the change takes place.
