Explanation of Solution

A microscope is an instrument used to see objects that cannot be seen by the naked eye. The use of a microscope for the study of different objects or microorganisms is known as microscopy. Microbiologists use a microscope to study the structure, function, and interactions of microbes such as bacteria, viruses, algae, and fungi. This helps in the identification of microbes and their characterization. A microscope has two lenses objective and eyepiece that is used to increase resolution power and magnify the objects. There are so many types of microscopes that use energy in the form of either light or electron energy. They are used for different purposes.
