Introduction:
The respiratory tracts in the respiratory system are: The upper respiratory system lined with a layer of mucous membrane and it consists of the nose, nasal cavity, paranasal sinuses, and throat. The lower respiratory system present from the upper respiratory system it sustains oxygen and releases CO2. It includes the larynx, the trachea, the alveoli, bronchi, and bronchioles. Some of the infectious diseases of the respiratory tract are the common cold, sinusitis, acute otitis media, and diphtheria.
