The basic structures and functions of the different types of granulocytes.

Introduction:

Granulocytes contain cytoplasmic granules and agranulocyteslackscytoplasmic granules. Granulocytes also contain multiple nuclei. Two dyes are used for granulocytes; red acidic dye eosin and dark purple basic dye methylene blue. On the basis of these dyes, color granulocytes are divided into three types: neutrophil, eosinophil, and basophil.
