Introduction:
Coronary arteries supply oxygenated blood to the heart muscles. Like other organs,the heart also needs oxygenated blood and nutrients for its functioning. These arteries supply blood to the anterior and posterior sides of the heart. Any blockage in these arteries leads to myocardial infarction, which is discussed here.
