Introduction:

Staphylococcus is a genus of gram positive bacteria, which are round-shaped and belongs to the Firmicutes phylum. It also composes the normal flora of the human body particularly present in the skin, nose, and respiratory tract. This bacterium is a facultative anaerobe and can survive without oxygen.
