Introduction:

Superficial veins are present close to the surface of the body. They facilitate the cooling of the body by reducing the temperature. When the temperature of the body is high, superficial veins transfer the heat of the body to the surroundings. These can be easily visible under the skin, but these become more prominent when lifting heavy weight.
