Iterator:
- It is an object that can be used to iterate over the elements in a collection.
- It behaves like pointers that can access the information in a container.
- The content of the vector can be manipulated or printed using an Iterator.
Reverse iterator:
Reverse iterator works in reverse order of the bidirectional or random-access iterator.
- The first element is considered as the last element and the last element is considered as the first element in the container.
- The “++” operator makes the “reverse iterator” to move backward and the “--” operator makes “reverse iterator” to move forward.
- Array, map, multimap, set, multiset, deque, list, vector uses reverse iterator.
- The member functions of the “reverse iterator” are “rbegin()” and “rend()”.
- All the classes in the container uses “rbegin()” and “rend()” member functions.
