Mixtures are composed of more than one substances. Solution is a mixture of solute and solvent. On the basis of particle size, solution can again classified as true solution, colloidal and suspensions. True solution has very small size of particles that is approximately 1 nm whereas the particle size in colloidal solution is between 1-100 nm.
