Introduction:

Anaerobic microorganisms are those organisms which grow in the absence of oxygen. There are a large number of microorganisms growing inside the colon of humans. These include species of Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria. Isolation and analysis of various strains of bacteria are done in the laboratory with enzymatic and biochemical tests.
