Difference between transactional and transformation leaders and between charismatic and visionary leaders.

Introduction:

Transactional leadership is a leadership style in which leaders develop compliance by employees through both rewards and punishment. Transformational leadership is a leadership style in which leaders promote, encourage, and motivate their subordinates to develop change that will help them to achieve better carrier opportunities. Charismatic leaders are those type of leaders who is enthusiastic, self-confident and whose personality traits influence other people to behave in a certain way are known as Charismatic leaders. Visionary leaders are those leaders who have a credible, attractive, realistic vision and work hard to secure their future.
