To discuss: The way in which light is focused on the retina.
Concept introduction: The retina is also known as neural tunic or internal tunic. Two layers are found in the retina, namely neural layer and pigmented layer. Neural layer stores numerous photoreceptor cells and related neurons. Pigmented layer associated with neurons convert the light signal into nerve signals that was sent to the brain.
