Introduction:
The parasympathetic division of the autonomic nerveis present on the preganglionic neuron of the Central Nervous System and autonomic ganglia of the Peripheral Nervous System. The parasympathetic axons travel through the parasympathetic chain ganglia to their target cell. A ganglion is nerve cell bodies which are connected in a series and form plexus on the respective organ and glands.
