According to biological species concept, a species is the natural population of sexually reproducing organisms which can interbreed and develop fertile descendants. The biological species concept cannot be applicable in case of the prokaryote organisms and fossil groups. Other species concept give priority to the solidarity within a species instead of the individuality of the different species.
