Introduction:

The immunology is the branch of science that deals with the study of all aspects of the immune system. The immunity – the defense against foreign bodies, generally has two branches:  humoral and cell-mediated. The humoral immunity is mediated with the help of antibodies, while the cell-mediated immunity is mediated by the phagocytes and cytokines. B lymphocytes are a group of white blood cells that have a role in the humoral immunity.
