To Explain:

Role of creatine kinase should be explained.

Introduction:

Phosphocreatine is hydrolyzed to synthesize required ATP from ADP, for muscle contraction via creatine kinase reaction.

  $\text{Phosphocreatine + ADP }\to \text{ Creatine + ATP}$

When there is excess energy, muscles stores ATP energy as phosphocreatine. Creatine kinase enzyme also involves in the synthesis of phophocreatine from creatine.
