Introduction:

The term anaphylaxis was used to denote a reaction, in which animals are injected with a foreign protein. Although the animals showed no response against the first contact, the treatment with the same protein for the second time, they exhibited symptoms such as itching, sneezing, difficulty in breathing, convulsions, and prostration and sometimes it may lead them to death within few minutes.
