Introduction:
Protein synthesis occurs via the translation of m-RNA into polypeptide chains. Protein synthesis involves majorly three stages: initiation, elongation, and termination. Ribosome acts a moving protein synthesizing machines and it translates the codon as it moves along the mRNA strand. Protein synthesis involves a series of RNA-RNA interactions such as interaction between r-RNA and the m-RNA that grip the m-RNA in the ribosome.
