Introduction:

The genetic code consists of a triplet code, in which three nucleotides encode a single amino acid in a protein. The genetic code has sixty-one codons that specify the twenty amino acids. The genetic code was supposed to be universal for many years that mean each codon encodes the similar amino acid in all organisms. Most of the genetic code reveals universality but it is not seen completely in all genetic codes. Usually, termination codons show exceptions, but in very few cases one sense codon substitute for another.
