Introduction:

Communication can be defined as the process of exchanging information or the way of conveying a message, information, ideas, feelings from one entity to other by the use of words, actions, gestures, symbols etc. It is a two-way process which aims at the creation of meaning and a mutual understanding between the sender of message and receiver of the message.

The way of communicating with other is known as Communication skills. How well your communication skills are can be measured by how well you transmit and receive the information.
