Given situation: A seller makes a verbal statement that his product can remove any stains from the surface of company vehicle. The maintenance crew had found that the product does not perform the function stated by the seller and to the worst case the product does not function properly in removing all stains. Upon entering into legal claim, the seller point to fine prints showing that the product has to be operated above 40 degree Celsius but the employees were using it at 35 degree Celsius.
