Introduction:
The baroreceptors are the pressure change sensing receptors that are present in aortic arch and carotid sinuses. The aortic arch is the main part of the artery that makes an arch shape between the ascending and descending aorta. The carotid sinus is the reflex portion of carotid arteries that supply blood to the head and neck region. Carotid sinuses consist many nerve baroreceptors.
