The combination of rotational and repeated schedule would be reasonable and intelligent for the company that operates 24 hours per day. If the manager educates the employee with his best, there would no ethical problem. Short-term rotation would result in ethical problems. Hence, the manager should avoid short-term rotation that would affect the health condition of the employees.
