In the late of January 2018, Person A delivered his income records and original expenses to Person K, who is a CPA, to prepare tax returns and financial statements for the year of 2017. After a few weeks, Person K delivered the financial statement to Person A in which he found that he owes a lot of tax money.
As he is just recovering from the recession, he could not be able to pay such a huge tax. However, Person K stated that she cannot make the change. Hence, Person A is disappointed.
